It was August of 1975 when ten MG enthusiasts met in a pizza joint to start this club. The purpose of the Club is to encourage the preservation, ownership, operation and enjoyment of all MG models, to provide events and exhibits for MG automobiles and their owners, and to encourage careful and skillful driving on public roadways. We have been known to tolerate “other British”, such as Triumphs and Jaguars! Members and guests are encouraged to participate even when their MG is “under construction”. Membership totals around 125.

We meet on second Friday, 7:00 pm (January – November) at Stark Street Pizza (SE 92nd + Stark, just off I-205). Other regular events include monthly tech sessions, monthly car tours, New Year’s Day tour, Ladies’ High Tea, Pub dinners, Cecil Kimber Birthday Party, member appreciation picnic and Awards Banquet. Check the calendar for current dates. We also participate in the local historic races, the AutoJumble swap meet and the Portland All British Field Meet at Portland International Raceway.
